Kerryn Smith and Graham Ingerson -‘Legacy in South Australia’

Kerryn Smith served for 8 years in the Education arm of the Defence Department. Kerryn then transferred to the Defence Industry as an Executive in Industry Associations, managing teams and projects. In December 2021, Kerryn joined Legacy South Australia and Broken Hill as Chief Executive Officer and in December 2022 she was appointed a member of the South Australian Veteran’s Advisory Council.

Graham Ingerson is well known as successful business owner, consultant, lobbyist and former Member of State Parliament (where he held a number of Ministries and the position of Deputy Premier.)   Graham’s father served in the Second World War and, following his father’s death, the whole family received invaluable advice, encouragement and monetary support from Legacy. In 1985-6, Graham was invited to become a Legatee at large, and he held that position until 2009. Graham has served as a member of the Legacy Board and was elected Chairman in 2021.
